After a long Hiatus

So it has been really long since i blog and i apologize as the past week had been really busy with bdaes, visiting and most importantly One Too Many's first gig. I shall just give a brief overview of all the happenings.


26/01/09

As i do not celebrate chinese new year, i really got nothing to do during the CNY holidays and all the shops are closed! Thats the worst damn thing, so luckily, all the eurasian dudes and indians also gathered at Alex's dragons house on the 1st day of chinese new year. So yea, we had an enjoyable time there, and also Nizzar came down with CJ and we drove arnd, it was awesome, 2 lancers and one RX-7 speeding across ECP. This is one of the better new years day.

27/01/09

Initially suppose to have a couple of beers with the muslim dudes and sean but they all couldnt make it, so i spend the day with The Hendricks at East coast Beach. It was an awesome picnic, alex was also there. Lasted all the way, to night then fel came to pick me up. We found that Alex dragon knows Charles and Rafael and so does kevin and Martin. Yea, it is a small world la.

Had Psychology presentation today, only our group was ready, so that was awesome. I felt i presented real well, and also the questions they shot was answered primarily by me till the teacher asked me to let my team mates speak but still they couldnt come up with suitable answers. Oh well, after that left for Jamming the second last one before the Ultrasound Gig! It was damn good, they were all damn prepared for the gig. I was extremely happy!

Had Principles Of Management presentation today, it was damn impromptu. We had a whole role play which we came up on the spot. Like literally no preparation at all but it was damn awesome i tell you! I like this project group, all the last minute people! Thanks Boo, Edmund, Sean, Serena and Yan Yang! Met shaik directly after that for guitar heroes at City hall!

I was suppose to go for class in the morning followed by visiting of classmates house in the late morning all the way to night. But in the end i just went straight for visiting, it was nice of the class to invite me along even thought i do not celebrate CNY. First went to jasmin's house, had lunch and gambled all the way till like 6pm then boo and i left to get beers and go over to his place for steamboat. I just found out that there is a Big bottle of Hoegarden beer. Haha. So the rest reached Boo's place at abt 8 plus had dinner. Then i left for Shafiqs party.
It was gd, caught up with alot of old school mates. Oh ya! Omar also came, cause he recently met shafiq at a party. Was fucking nice to see him again since the onan road party. Stayed all the way till 6 am before leaving with sean.

31/01/09

Saturday afternoons were spent quietly and at home as usual, recovering from usual Friday night intoxications. Stayed at home all the way till evening then met shaik wailong and Sean at siglap starbucks. Then fel called and said she was coming too. So yea she arrived with the standard "im stressed so don disturb me or i will kill you" face. But after a while she was ok, cause I was there wad! Haha=) Left with her at abt 10 to go to Lisa's house to collect some stuff. After that, went back home at abt 12 something.

1/02/09

Time is on the F16 again and it is already fucking February! Also the time has come where all the hard work of the band pays off and it is One Too Many's first gig! Morning i went church with fel, had lunch and spend some time with her playing STRESS! Ironic isnt it. haha! Anyway, after that i left for city hall to meet the band. A few of the supporters were there with them, had lunch then we left for Arts House. I was really busy and irritated with all the admin and financial stuff i had to do for the band cause alot of the supporters came very late. But in the end it turned out fucking gd! 95% of the arts house was our people. My Cousin Kim was also there! Oh yea, if you happen to see this sorry i didnt have time to talk to you i was really busy doing alot of stuff for the band. The gig was also awesome, i had fun moshing and going crazy. Ridwan and Khairul said the band was damn good and couldnt believe it was their first gig. haha. Left for serangoon gardens after that. Had drinks and alex and I WALKED HOME from there! I am not kidding! But really, everything else aside, i am very extremely proud to be their manager!


THIS WAS ONLY THE REALLY CLOSE PEOPLE AND IT ONLY MAKES UP QUARTER OF THE SUPPORTERS THAT CAME! LOVE YOU GUYS MAN!
